As part of her masters degree in Fashion Promotion at Birmingham City University, Charlotte decided to develop a mobile phone app, Buy Me Now, that will allow customers of shopping centres, to access instant styling advice and interviews from a customised online magazine accessible via the Buy Me Now app. Women shopping within a particular shopping centre will be able to read a Buy Me Now addition exclusive to the centre they are shopping in, featuring products stocked by the stores present around them, helping them to shop for the latest trends, guiding them through the shopping centre and adding to their retail experience.
Customers would download the Buy Me Now app for free whilst shopping, that will instantly provide them with a link to the shopping centre’s online magazine, containing interviews as well as styling advice based upon products in stock within the stores housed within the shopping centre they select, effectively promoting the stores within the centre as they shop.
